<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>ï‚· Achieving business targets as decided from time to time</p><p>ï‚· Recruitment of competent team for all assigned products from time to time</p><p>ï‚· Continuous training and motivating the team to achieve business targets and follow business</p><p>processes</p><p>ï‚· Recruitment and management of intermediaries like CA's for generating the required business</p><p>ï‚· To ensure the quality of the portfolio is maintained as per company norms</p><p>ï‚· To ensure adherence to the company credit policy and processes</p><p>ï‚· To build up relationship with prospective and current clients</p><p>ï‚· Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality</p><p><br></p><p>Candidate profile:</p><p>ï‚· Experience-Minimum 5 years of live experience in SME Lending - big ticket size business loans,</p><p>working capital, term loan</p><p>ï‚· Experience of working with intermediaries is required</p><p>ï‚· Qualification -MBA from a reputed institute </p><p>ï‚· Team handling experience</p><p>ï‚· Thorough ability to analyze financial statements is a must</p>
